BASIS FOR PROCESSING, PURPOSE AND TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
For the purpose of entering into and fulfilling obligations and exercising rights from business contracts on membership fees, education based on the law and the contract, we process the personal data of natural persons who enter into such a contract with us. For this purpose, we process only the data that we need for concluding and implementing the contract and communication before concluding the contract, such as name, surname, address, contact information, etc.. In the case when we conclude the contract with legal entities, we also process for the same purpose personal data of the representatives of the contractual partners, such as name, surname, contact data, workplace and other data necessary for this.

If you enter your information (name and surname and your e-mail address) in our contact form on the website, we will process the entered information only for the purpose of solving the question or responding to your offer or initiative.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
The data will be kept for as long as is necessary for the purposes of personal data processing as stated above (e.g. for the duration of the contract we have entered into with you in accordance with the law, as long as we have a business relationship with you). Personal data may also be kept until the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations, if further storage is necessary for the processing of legal claims, or longer, if a longer storage period is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation or a decision of a competent authority.

After the specified periods, personal data will be deleted.

Information is provided to other users if we are required to do so by law, if there is a legitimate interest in doing so, or if we have your consent for this.

We will respond to your request without undue delay and no later than one month after receiving the request. If necessary, this deadline can be extended by a maximum of two additional months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In this case, we will inform the individual to whom the personal data relates about any such extension within one month of receiving the request, together with the reasons for the delay.

The individual may permanently or temporarily, in whole or in part, cancel the given consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written request to the above address. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent until its revocation.

An individual has the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Information Commissioner, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, e-mail: gp.ip@ip-rs.si) if he believes that his personal data is being processed in violation of applicable regulations, which regulate the protection of personal data.
